I work with a few tool makers here in Taiwan. My tool makers are very well equipped and I offer full tool validation and testing services. We provide tools worldwide and offer top class design and tool making experience.
You have a reliable person here on the phone 24 hours a day if you have any concerns. Our tools are design and made to be fit for purpose. We offer full testing and validating before shipping, so not need to waste time travel we do all the testing and validating for you.
Full DFM reporting
STEP 1: We do a full tool design review with your team, covering in details how the tool will be designed. This usually consists of 2 or 3 rounds of review.
Mould building
Once the design has been confirmed, materials are ordered and tool build begins. We provide your team with a progress report every two weeks.
Mold testing
Once the tool build is completed we do full 6 step process benchmarking along with a full factorial DoE for part dimension. Sample and dimensional report will be sent to you.
