How does this work
We start off with an initial discussion where we get to understand the issue and what has been done to try solve it. We may ask for trial reports and other information like part drawing, mould drawing material information etc.
Don't worry we work exclusively for you and your information is very safe, but if you want we can always sign a mutual NDA.

How long does the coaching last.
This is coaching call for 1 hour, which can be a one, 1 hour call or several shorter calls over 7 days. We will try to understand the issue and give you possible solutions. If the issue is more complicated we can follow-up with email where we will offer advice and troubleshooting guides.
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
We try our best to give you the best information we can and help you solve the issue. Some moulding issue can not be completely solve. As much as we would like to change the laws of science, we can't.
However if you feel our advice has not had a meaningfully and helpful impact we will refund an agreed amount. We need you to feel our service was of value and if that means refunding you money, we would prefer that than upsetting you.
